Product description
DuctWrap is a flexible stone wool insulation roll faced with reinforced aluminium foil.
DuctWrap provides thermal insulation for air conditioning, warm air, extract ducts, and water storage tanks. This product is suitable for service temperatures of up to 230˚C. The limiting outer foil face temperature is 80°C to maintain facing bond strength.
When specified in accordance with BS 5422, DuctWrap can help meet regulatory thermal requirements and prevent the formation of condensation on chilled ductwork.
- Euroclass A1 in accordance with BS EN 13501-1 Reaction to Fire rating
- CE marked in accordance with EN 14303:2009+A1:2013
- Meets the requirements of BS 3958–5

Special remarks
It goes without saying that on any education project the fire safety performance of the product is a critical consideration. We were also looking for a solution that could help minimise any noise transfer in line with BB93.
